Job Summary
Job Description
- Process and maintain service orders including opening updating closing billing and posting in the ERP/system in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
- Review and post service order data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform daily service reviews and analysis to identify discrepancies trends and required follow-ups.
- Manage contract maintenance and archive service report images and related documentation.
- Prepare and post costs associated with service orders and related transactions.
- Handle meter readings and meter billing activities ensuring timely and accurate entry.
- Monitor and maintain the Mobile Object Manager and related operational tools.
- Solicit collect and validate new purchase orders; follow up with customers for missing information.
- Perform general data entry into the ERP system ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and email inquiries about service orders and requests.
- Proactively contact customers via phone and email to follow up on purchase orders order status and outstanding issues.
- Escalate exceptions and unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and document resolution steps.
- Bachelors degree or vocational in any course a strong advantage.
- Minimum of completed two (2) years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.
- Excellent in oral and written English communication.
- Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.
- Prior BPO experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing system a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to work in different shifts.
