Now were looking for an Admin & Onboarding Associate to manage our daily office operations.

• Office Administration: Manage the physical office environment including equipment maintenance and supply procurement.

• Budgeting: Oversee the annual budget for office supplies and corporate events.
• Information Management: Organized filing systems for all physical and digital records plans and documents.
• Talent Acquisition: Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding for office staff and Bikers.
• Operational Support (BAU): Direct daily operations such as data entry ID production kit assembly and equipment distribution.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and audit stock levels for general supplies company assets and Biker kits.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or any related field.
• 2 years of related working experience; experience working with or within government agencies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets and Forms).
• Willing to be assign in different areas outside of Metro Manila
