BMG Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administration Assistant (Administration Support Offshore) to support Executive Assistants and stakeholders across the business. This role is responsible for delivering high-volume process-driven administrative support including expense processing travel coordination document preparation and shared services support.


The position requires a high level of accuracy strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple priorities and time zones while maintaining strict adherence to processes and quality standards.

  • Schedule:Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)
  • Work Set up: Hybrid
  • Salary range: PHP 60000 - 80000


In this role you will:

Administrative & Transactional Support

  • Manage shared inboxes ensuring timely review and action of requests
  • Process expense claims accurately including reconciliation and follow-ups
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings
  • Prepare and format documents including pagination and final quality checks
  • Provide backend administrative support such as:
    • Data entry
    • Document management
    • Calendar and meeting scheduling
  • Assist with Equifax request processing
  • Support updates to PowerPoint presentations and Word documents

Process & Quality Support

  • Follow established Executive Assistant workflows and procedures
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality across all deliverables
  • Identify issues and recommend process improvements
  • Support team members during peak workload periods
  • Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently

Were Looking for Someone Who has:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or in a Shared Services environment
  • Strong experience in:
    • Expense processing
    • Travel coordination
    • Document management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with offshore and onsite teams
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on quality
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Experience with expense and travel systems is preferred
  • Good to have experience with Go HighLevel (tool) and Equifax though not required.
