This is a remote position.
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to day financial operations with a focus on accurate billingprompt data entry invoice processing and vendor coordination. The role is performance-driven and aligned with key metrics that emphasize precision timeliness and proactive discrepancy management. Requirements
Associates degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
12 years of accounting or finance-related work experience.
Experience with accounting platforms (e.g. QuickBooks NetSuite SAP).
Strong Excel and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with EDI invoicing and tax compliance is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
