Position: Accounting Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)

Detailed-oriented Accounting Analyst with 3 years of experience supporting financial reporting reconciliations and data integrity in medium-volume environments. Experienced in record-to-report (R2R) processes variance analysis and Excel-based financial modeling. Proven track record of improving reporting accuracy and supporting month-end close activities while maintaining compliance with internal controls and financial governance standards.
In this role you will:
- Manage end-to-end financial data processes across the record-to-report (R2R) cycle using real estate/accounting systems (like Argus Enterprise MYOB DealCloud)
- Prepare and maintain financial reports including performance tracking and variance analysis versus budget and forecasts
- Perform account reconciliations and data validation to ensure accuracy completeness and integrity of financial records
- Support month-end and periodic close activities by delivering timely reports and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls accounting policies and financial data governance standards
- Document accounting procedures workflows and process improvements for audit readiness and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and reporting issues
- Develop and implement automation solutions (Excel VBA Power Automate) to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Requirements
Were Looking for Someone Who has:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial reporting accounting operations or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles account reconciliations month-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create and maintain process workflows procedures and standard operating guides.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables Lookups Macros)
- VBA / Power Automate (Nice to Have)
- Accounting/ERP Systems (e.g. MYOB Xero OR equivalent etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite
Non-Negotiables:
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Highly organized detail-oriented and independent
