Accountant (Financial Reporting & Reconciliation)

ABOUT THE ROLE

A developing accounting role responsible for preparing fund accounting services for low to medium complexity portfolios. This role performs a variety of routine to moderately complex tasks under moderate guidance focusing on executing established accounting processes and preparing standard client deliverables. The position requires developing technical knowledge and the ability to follow prescribed procedures while building competence through structured assignments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Youll prepare fund accounting reports dashboards and deliverables while ensuring accurate data entry timely transaction processing and adherence to prescribed guidelines.
• Youll perform routine to moderately complex fund accounting calculations validate supporting documents and escalate incomplete or inconsistent information to senior team members.
• Youll follow quality control processes risk mitigation efforts and prescribed workflows conducting selfreviews and maintaining operational checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams support client onboarding and change requests and maintain strong knowledge of clientspecific requirements organizational processes and standards.
• Youll contribute to process efficiency improvements participate in training programs and provide input to performance evaluations or UAT activities under guidance when requested.

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• You bring at least 1.5 years of experience in fund accounting financial reporting performance analytics or similar roles focused on low to mediumcomplexity portfolios.
• You demonstrate solid knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
• You communicate and document processes clearly identify operational risks and contribute to process improvements with a proactive problemsolving mindset.
• You show enthusiasm for learning adaptability to feedback strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude that supports teamwork and knowledge sharing.
