You will be the trusted member of Philippines RCB PE sales team driving perfumery sales growth and managing direct key accounts in and local PE distributor for Philippines.

Your key responsibilities

• RCB PE Sales Growth & Management: Responsible for expanding the consumer brands fragrance business in Philippines
• Business Development: Identify account and segment needs set targets and prioritize actions to win new business
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts including brand marketing R&D innovation procurement supply chain and material planning teams
• Project Management: Drive brief to adoption process by leading teams composed of perfumers fragrance development technical consumer insights and marketing professionals to deliver on business objectives
• Gross and Commercial Margins Protection: manage profitability of consumer brand segment as per business guidelines
• Innovation and Strategy: Collaborate with the regional office on innovation plans and potential growth strategies for consumer brand fragrance

You bring

• 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Brand R&D and/or Account Manager preferably in the fragrance or related industries
• Degree in Business Management Marketing Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
• Industry knowledge in fragrances is essential
• Strong Commercial & Interpersonal Skills
• Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven attitude
• Ability to be independent as well as lead a cross-functional team in a multicultural environment
