Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary relationship owner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Understand client goals and align services to support their success
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Identify opportunities for account growth upselling and expansion
- Monitor account performance and proactively address issues or concerns
- Conduct account reviews and present recommendations to clients
- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded whenever possible
- Maintain accurate account records and reporting
- Support contract renewals and long-term account retention efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management Client Services or Relationship Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in BPO SaaS staffing or professional services environments preferred
