Job Summary

About the Position

As an Account Executive for AvePoint Philippines you willbe responsible fordriving new professional services business and growing existing accounts across the Philippine market. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers navigating digital transformation helping them migrate to modern cloud environments unlock the value of AI build the data foundations needed to confidently adopt AI at scale and access on-demand technicalexpertisethrough managed services.

This role sits at the intersection of cloud technology sales advisory services and managed technical resourcing. You will lead conversations around cloud migration AI enablement data governance and managed services with every engagement designed to deliver measurable customer outcomes and create a clear path to AvePoint Confidence Platform adoption.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within the Philippines.

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts in the Philippines through direct outreach partner collaboration and marketing-sourced leads
  • Lead consultative sales engagements across a portfolio of services including:
  • Cloud Migration Services helping customers migrate from on-premises or legacy environments to Microsoft 365 Google Workspace or other cloud platforms
  • AI Enablement Services scoping and selling advisory training roadmap development strategy engagements and custom AI solution development to help customers accelerate responsible AI adoption
  • Trusted Data Foundation Services positioning AI readiness assessments cloud storage optimization and AI governance frameworks as the necessary groundwork before scaling AI initiatives
  • Managed Technical Services selling flexible subscription-based access to skilled technical resources (engineers architects administrators and AI specialists) who serve as an extension of the customers team enabling them to execute and sustain their digital transformation and AI initiatives without the cost and overhead of full-time hires
  • Position AvePoint Confidence Platform as the long-term platform of choice ensuring services engagements including managed services retainers naturally lead to platform adoption and expansion
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers becoming a go-to advisor on digital transformation AI readiness and flexible resourcing models
  • Work cross-functionally with Pre-Sales Delivery Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Leverage AvePoints Microsoft and Google partner ecosystem to amplify market reach and co-sell opportunities
  • Identifyopportunities to expand managed services engagements over time growing recurring revenue within existing accounts
  • Maintainaccuratepipeline reporting and forecasting through CRM tools communicating regularly with leadership on territory performance

What You Will Bring to Our Team

  • 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience witha track recordof meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling professional services managed services cloud solutions or digital transformation engagements not just software licenses
  • Familiarity with managed services models (staff augmentation dedicated resourcing or outcome-based engagements) and the ability to articulate their value to customers atdifferent stagesof maturity
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • An understanding of AI trends and the ability to translate them into customer-relevant business conversations
  • Strong local market knowledge relationships across Philippine enterprises government financial services BPO or other key verticals are a strong advantage
  • Consultative curiosity-driven selling style with strong listening and storytelling skills
  • Accountability urgency and entrepreneurial drive you own your territory like a business
