Receive review and process appointment requests promptly and accurately.
Enter and schedule appointments in Aloha according to established workflows.
Manage scheduling activities primarily through Salesforce and Aloha.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment and scheduling information.
Identify missing incomplete or conflicting information and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appointments are scheduled correctly.
Follow established processes and procedures consistently.
As the role develops support direct family communication via text including scheduling coordination appointment confirmations and updates.

Previous experience in scheduling administration healthcare coordination or customer support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple appointment requests efficiently.
Strong written communication skills.
Comfortable working extensively across multiple systems and platforms.
Able to follow established processes and workflows consistently.
Quick to learn new scheduling platforms and client-specific workflows.
Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
