Job Summary
Job Title: ABA Credentialing & Contracting Specialist
Working Hours: M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Salary Range: $2000-$3000 (final offer depends on the client based on your skills and experience)
About the Company
Provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children diagnosed with autism across Indiana and New Jersey.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced ABA Credentialing & Contracting Specialist to independently own two critical functions:
Credentialing of BCBAs and RBTs
Insurance contracting for new state expansions
Key Responsibilities
ABA Credentialing
- Credential and recredential BCBAs
- Credential RBTs/Behavior Technicians when required by a payer or state
- Maintain CAQH profiles and provider documentation
- Track applications and FOLLOW UP with payers until approval
- Manage provider renewals and updates
ABA New State Contracting
- Research payer participation opportunities
- Submit and manage contracting applications
- Track contracts through execution
- Maintain organized contracting records and timelines
Required Qualifications
- EXTENSIVE hands-on ABA credentialing experience with BCBAs and RBTs
- EXTENSIVE hands-on ABA insurance contracting experience
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
