A2R DS Team Lead

The Team Lead A2Ris responsible foroverseeing daytoday accountingtoreporting activities and supporting thetimelyaccurate and compliant delivery of financial close and reporting. This role serves as a handson leader providing technical guidance and coaching to A2R analysts while partnering closely with the A2R Manager and broader Finance teams. The role plays an important part in strengthening financial controls driving process improvements and supportingfinancetransformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily A2R activities including general ledger accounting journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

• Support monthend quarterend and yearend close processes to ensure accuracy and ontime delivery

• Review journal entries reconciliations and variance analyses prepared by team members

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP local statutory requirements and internal accounting policies and procedures

• Act as the first point of escalation for operational or technical accounting issues within the team

• Support SOX controls internal controls testing audits and regulatory reviews

• Coach train and provide daytoday guidance to A2R analysts to build capability and performance

• Identify and support process improvement standardization and automation opportunities across A2R activities

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field(required)

• Mastersdegree or ongoing professional accounting studies(preferred)

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Typically 24 yearsof experience in accounting financial reporting or A2R operations

• Handson experience supporting monthend and yearend close activities

• Solid understanding of US GAAP and local statutory accounting requirements

• Experience reviewing work prepared by others and providing constructive feedback

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience in ashared services BPO or multinational environment

• Exposure to SOX controls audits or internal control frameworks

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• Prior informal leadership mentoring or team coordination experience

• Experience supporting finance transformation or process improvement initiatives

Other:

• Languages:Englishproficiency;additionallanguages a plus

• Travel:Limited domestic or international travel (up to 10%)

• Certifications:CPA CMA ACCA or local equivalent preferred but not
