DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a GSF A2R Accounting Analyst located in Manila Philippines

This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team inthe GS FinanceAccounting process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class cost-effective financial services and compliancein a J&J wayto our Operating Companies around the world.

TheGSFaccounting teamis responsible forthe completeandaccurateaccounting for all transactions. This includes but is not limited to creating the Sales and corresponding Purchase orders reconciling out of balancesmonitoringageingand performing balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo

Maintain Operational Excellence

Responsible for executing accounting and daily operations forGSFAccounting process areafor simple and medium complex MRCs.

Timely closing& executionof financial periods as per closing calendar andin accordance withSLAcommitments fullyobservingCompliance Internal Audit & SOX requirements.

Accountable for completenessaccuracyand validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.

Deepexpertise fullyknowledgeableof the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.

Regular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.

On the job training for new team members / BPO partners.

Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.

Understand adhere andexecute perworldwide policies and procedures.Identifycompliance risks and recommend solutions.

Ensure strong internal controls are in placein order toachieve adequate internal and external audit ratings.

Talent Management

Attract Onboard and Training of newteammembers.

Bea Trusted Business Partner

Execute global Strategy & Solutions in line with taxonomy.

Support Process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operational Key Contacts (OKCs) to ensure cross sector cross region and cross process alignment ensuring good documentation ismaintainedandconsistencyofa global approach.

Create Game-Changing Innovation

Generateideas fosters andimplementscontinuous improvement mindsetidentifyingand pursuing process efficiency opportunities.

Execute process improvements generating ideas and implementing in line with global standards.

Qualifications:
Required

Education: MinimumBachelorslevel degree in Accounting Finance or related business discipline

Basic skill in using standard Microsoft tools including MS Teams

Effective communication skills

Remarkable academictrack recordand/or achievement

Top 10% of their school batch

Open tonew ideasand can develop effective ways of working

Record of active participation in extracurricular activities.Taken lead role in Organization/Clubs
