Job Summary
About the Role
Build 3D renders and animated walkthroughs of custom barndominium designs
Create photo realistic interior and exterior visuals for sales and marketing
Manage lighting materials and asset libraries to keep renders looking current not dated
Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to turn concepts into client-ready visuals
Stay current on rendering software updates and asset libraries to improve output quality continually
Proficiency in Enscape or similar real-time rendering software (Twinmotion D5 V-Ray)
Experience working from Revit
Photoshop or similar for post-render polish
An eye for realistic lighting materials and composition. Not just technically correct but genuinely convincing
Bonus: experience with barndominium agricultural or residential construction visuals
