ROLES

• Operations Analyst - Our foundational technical position. As a multi-skilled operational professional you will handle hands-on operational delivery across both financial execution (reconciliations bookkeeping payroll) and fundraising support (grant drafting M&E data donor research). This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a well-rounded skill set across operations.
• Partnership Strategist (POOLING ONLY) - Our senior delivery leads and technical anchors. You will serve as the primary bridge between client growth objectives and technical execution managing high-risk or strategic accounts writing complex grant narratives overseeing non-routine financial compliance and engineering automated tech workflows
• Portfolio Manager (POOLING ONLY) - The operational leads overseeing our service delivery engine. Operating at the organizational level you optimize practitioner capacity design impact methodologies (Theory of Change) guide client expansion and mentor delivery teams while safeguarding overall portfolio health and delivery standards.

• Strong depth in at least ONE core areaFinance & Accounting Grant Writing/Strategic Comms or hybrid tracks like Economics Management or Development Studies.
• An eager open mindset toward learning new tools systems and domain areas outside your original comfort zone.
• Comfort using workspace tools (Google Suite Excel CRMs) and an active interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Gemini) to work smarter and faster.
