Sales Representative – Mining Equipment Perú | Chile | México

At Prometeo Talent we are looking for Sales Representatives to join an international company specialized in slurry pumps and mining equipment solutions currently expanding its presence across Latin America.

We are looking for professionals who combine commercial experience in the mining industry technical knowledge and strong local market relationships.

You will be responsible for developing the local market identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with mining customers and distributors.

You will also:

• Develop new customers and distribution channels in your local market.

• Promote slurry pumps and other mining equipment solutions.

• Identify opportunities within mining operations and mineral processing plants.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate technical support and after-sales activities with the companys headquarters.

• Work closely with international commercial and technical teams to grow the business in the region.

• 3 years of B2B sales experience in mining equipment construction machinery industrial equipment or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of the mining industry and local market.

• Experience developing new business customers or territories.

• Knowledge of slurry pumps and/or mineral processing equipment is highly valued.

• Existing relationships with mining companies distributors or relevant industry stakeholders are a strong plus.

• Spanish fluency.

• English and/or Chinese will be highly valued for communication with the international team.

• Availability to work locally in Peru Chile or Mexico.

Experience with international slurry pump or mining equipment companies will be especially valued in line with the target background defined for the search.

This is a newly created position with the opportunity to play a key role in the companys Latin American expansion developing both end customers and distributor networks in an important mining market.

The role offers a flexible/hybrid working model reports to the Americas Regional Manager and compensation is open to negotiation based on experience.

There are 3 openings: one in Peru one in Chile and one in Mexico.
