Join our growing remote team as a Remote Vacation Planning Consultant! In this role youll help clients plan unforgettable vacations cruises all-inclusive resorts Disney destinations and international getaways. Youll work directly with suppliers to research options create customized itineraries coordinate reservations and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand vacation preferences and budgets
• Research and recommend vacation packages
• Create personalized itineraries
• Coordinate reservations with industry suppliers
• Maintain client records and follow up throughout the booking process
• Stay informed on destination updates promotions and supplier training
• Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Sales or hospitality experience is a plus
