- Actualización constante de registros de facturas y documentos en portales de clientes y buzones electrónicos de clientes
- Seguimiento a facturas pendientes de pago.
- Atención al Cliente
- Responder consultas y solicitudes relacionadas con la facturación.
- Mantener comunicación clara y efectiva con clientes internos y externos.
- Apoyo en Tareas Administrativas
- Colaborar en la gestión documental archivo y otras tareas operativas del área financiera.
- Apoyar en la mejora de procesos y controles internos cuando sea requerido.
