What you will do

Manage the organizations assigned accounts and maintain long-term relationships between those clients and the company.

• Negotiate the sale of unitary HVAC equipment within assigned channels
• Identify and secure projects involving unitary equipment providing advice on the equipments advantages
• Develop strategies targeting assigned distribution and retail channels to achieve goals
• Update weekly Sell-In and Sell-Out plans with retail and dealer channels
• Conduct sales training sessions in Lima and the provinces as required
• Coordinate events for assigned accounts with the Marketing department.
• Track and record dealer/retailer marketing activities (COOP)
• Achievement of business unit KPIs

What you must have

• Bachelors degree Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related
• 3 years of work experience and 2 years in HVAC (mandatory)
• Specific skills: intermediate English intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
• SAP basic level
• Willingness to travel
