Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking executive speakers community involvement big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and develop reports using advanced Excel to support decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Execute assigned projects and initiatives with a high level of ownership accountability and strong follow-through.
- Communicate progress insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Apply structured and analytical thinking to solve business problems and support category strategy development.
Education and Experience Required:
- Currently enrolled university student (7th semester or above) pursuing a degree in
- Industrial Engineering
- Systems Engineering / Technology
- Business Administration or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced level of English
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Strong adaptability to technology with exposure to AI and automation tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Clear and assertive communication skills.
- Positive proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- High level of ownership and execution capability.
