AI for Managers Teaching Expert

Nebius Academy is an international educational platform that helps business professionals and organizations navigate AI-driven transformation. We create practical programs that help teams apply AI tools to real business workflows make informed decisions and lead organizational change.

We are looking for a senior AI for Managers Teaching Expert with direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry and strong knowledge of the Latin American business environment.

You will deliver a four-week program for senior managers at a major LATAM insurance-brokerage group. The program consists of five live virtual sessions focused on practical AI applications for management decision-making productivity automation and business transformation.

The workshop materials are already prepared. Your role will be to deliver the sessions prepare through dry runs adapt examples to the insurance-brokerage context and help participants apply the course concepts to their own business projects. You will also act as a trusted subject-matter expert who can discuss the operational strategic governance and risk implications of AI adoption.

• Deliver five engaging live virtual workshops for senior managers in Spanish.
• Prepare for each session and participate in internal dry runs.
• Present practical AI applications for management decision support productivity automation and business transformation.
• Adapt examples case studies and discussions to the insurance and insurance-brokerage industry.
• Help participants apply AI concepts to their own business projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Explain the operational governance legal and organizational implications of AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Program and course teams to align delivery with the clients goals.
• Maintain a practical business-focused approach suitable for senior and executive audiences.
• Stay current on relevant AI tools trends risks and business applications.

• Remote part-time collaboration under a service agreement.
• An initial four-week project up to 20 hours maximum depending on participant project-review needs.
• Compensation of up to USD 200 per hour.
• Five scheduled live sessions with preparation time and dry runs included in the compensated workload.

Requirements:

Must Have

• Direct professional experience working in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
• Direct on-the-ground professional experience in the Latin American region.
• Senior-level experience working with managers senior leaders or executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience deploying or leading business technology AI or transformation projects.
• Strong practical understanding of AI concepts and tools applicable to business management.
• Experience teaching training mentoring consulting or facilitating sessions for management-level professionals.
• Ability to explain AI clearly to non-technical senior audiences using practical decision-oriented business language.
• Native-level Spanish.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Confidence delivering live virtual workshops and responding to senior stakeholders questions.

Nice to Have

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Experience delivering corporate or B2B training programs.
• Background in digital transformation change management AI adoption or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT Claude Microsoft Copilot Gemini or similar platforms.
• Understanding of AI governance risk management data privacy compliance and responsible AI use.
• Experience helping organizations move AI initiatives from initial concepts or pilots into implementation.
