This role combines hands-on technical execution with project coordination working directly with customers delivering technical solutions ensuring implementation quality and supporting complex enterprise deployments.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs Webhooks and OAuth.
Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
Solid SQL and database knowledge.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Support enterprise implementations alongside the Senior Engineer.
Configure AI agents RAG business rules domain topics and n8n integrations.
Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Document technical requirements and implementation specifications.
Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) and technical demonstrations.
Review and ensure the quality of work delivered by Junior Implementers.
Troubleshoot analyze and escalate complex technical issues with proposed solutions.
Continuously improve implementation methodologies templates and best practices.
