Nestlé is looking for talent for a Regional Business Controller position responsible for financial planning performance monitoring and consolidating management indicators across markets in the region.

A challenging opportunity that combines strategic thinking financial analysis leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams supporting business decisions and contributing to the organizations sustainable growth.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of business and financial strategies across countries in the region.

• Ensure the quality consistency and timely availability of regional financial information.

• Consolidate and analyze financial and operational KPIs identifying risks opportunities and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Lead financial performance monitoring across markets coordinating regular business reviews with Controlling teams.

• Actively participate in financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Analyze profitability costs transfer pricing exchange rates and other factors affecting business performance.

• Drive cost optimization initiatives capital efficiency and improvements in returns on commercial investments.

• Evaluate opportunities to improve product portfolios cost structures and capital investment projects (CAPEX).

• Support strategic projects involving innovation acquisitions restructuring and business transformation.

• Strengthen collaboration across markets promoting financial best practices processes and controls.

• Lead develop and support regional Controlling teams contributing to talent development and succession planning.

• University degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or a related field.

• Strong professional background in Finance & Controlling (F&C) including experience in positions of responsibility and team leadership.

• Previous experience in Controlling Commercial Finance Industrial Finance or Supply Chain Finance.

• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

• Exposure to senior leadership teams and involvement in strategic business decisions.

• Experience working in matrix organizations collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different markets and functions.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning profitability analysis performance indicators and investment evaluation.

• English proficiency.
