Nestlé is looking for talent for a role focused on market development and commercial management with responsibility for executing growth strategies strengthening brand positioning and managing relationships with regional distributors.

An opportunity that combines business strategy financial management channel development and brand activations in an international environment.

• Implement commercial and market development plans in collaboration with regional distributors.

• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand presence across On-Premise Retail and Cruise Lines channels.

• Lead innovation initiatives brand activations and internationally recognized events.

• Manage the P&L for assigned markets including commercial investments and marketing budgets.

• Collaborate with Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Business Activation teams to ensure the effective execution of commercial strategies.

• 45 years of experience in similar roles within Sales Marketing Trade Marketing or Business Development.

• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its key financial indicators.

• Experience working with distributors and premium brands.

• Knowledge of Retail and On-Premise channels.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish or a demonstrated ability to learn Spanish quickly.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
