Construction Project Director – International Investment and Development Group

We are looking for a Construction Project Director to comprehensively lead the development of real estate projects ensuring proper execution from the initial planning and design stages through construction commissioning and closeout.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in construction project management capable of representing the owners interests leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with the projects strategic objectives in terms of cost schedule quality safety profitability and risk management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining execution strategies coordinating technical teams and contractors managing contracts and making key decisions that maximize the value of the investment.

What We Are Looking For

Professionals with a degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Engineering Project Management or related fields.

Proven experience as a Project Director Senior Project Manager or similar positions leading large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of the complete project lifecycle: planning design procurement construction commissioning and closeout.

Experience in preparing and monitoring Project Execution Plans (PEP) master schedules budgets risk management and procurement plans.

Ability to lead tendering processes proposal evaluation negotiation and contract award.

Experience managing contractors consultants architects and engineers ensuring effective coordination among all parties involved.

Knowledge of contract administration change control claims warranties insurance and contractual compliance.

Ability to control budgets cash flow physical progress and project deviations.

Experience working with document management construction control RFIs submittals drawings and technical documentation tools.

Main Challenges of the Role
