• Analyze commercial performance market trends and business indicators to identify growth opportunities.

• Contribute to the design and development of commercial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

• Evaluate and optimize sales strategies distribution channels and market coverage.

• Identify opportunities for business development and market expansion.

• Translate data and business insights into strategic recommendations that support decision-making.

• Develop reports performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess commercial results.

• Collaborate with different departments to drive strategic projects and initiatives.

• Coordinate and lead teams or projects promoting the achievement of business objectives.

• University degree in Business Administration International Business Industrial Engineering Economics Finance or a related field.

• Mid-level or senior experience in commercial strategy sales planning business analysis or commercial development.

• Experience designing and implementing commercial strategies managing sales channels and developing growth opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret commercial data identify trends and develop business recommendations.

• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI SAP or other data analysis platforms.

• Experience monitoring commercial KPIs preparing reports and analyzing business performance.

• People management experience and strong leadership skills.

• Advanced English proficiency both written and spoken.
