Job Summary

Our client Hightech Solutions is looking for Sales Coordinator in Lahore.

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Process orders and handle inquiries via phone email or in-person.
- Manage sales documentation and track sales team performance metrics.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings events and appointments.
- Prepare reports for management and assist in the analysis of sales data.
- Ensure timely communication and collaboration between sales and other departments.
- Provide support in customer service and resolve any client-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative processes and track critical data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in a sales support role.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service practices.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
