What youll do

Identify and reach out to micro-influencers bloggers and skincare creators on Instagram TikTok and YouTube
Build and manage a contact database creators press and potential collaborators
Draft outreach messages and follow-ups that feel human not templated
Coordinate gifting PR packages and seeding campaigns end-to-end
Track outreach performance response rates conversions coverage generated
Research partnership opportunities local events and pop-up possibilities

Requirements

Who you are

Excellent communicator clear warm and persuasive in writing
You genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships
Organised enough to manage multiple conversations without dropping the ball
Comfortable using Instagram DMs email and WhatsApp as outreach channels
Microblogger yourself with real audience engagement big plus
Skincare enthusiast who knows their ingredients plus
