What youll do

Plan schedule and post content across Instagram TikTok and other active channels
Work with the brand calendar to ensure content goes out on time every time
Write captions that match Glowvés voice warm ingredient-smart and real
Assist in creating Reels Stories and carousel content from brief to posting
Monitor comments save UGC and flag anything worth engaging with
Track basic performance metrics (reach saves shares) and report whats working

Requirements

Who you are

Skincare enthusiast who knows their products must
Fluent in how Instagram and TikTok actually work algorithm trends formats
Detail-oriented: captions tags hashtags timing you care about all of it
Comfortable working to a content calendar and meeting posting deadlines
Good eye for aesthetics you can tell when something doesnt fit the feed
Managed a brand or personal account before bonus
