- The Waiter plays a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service by creating a welcoming efficient and memorable dining experience for guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor Head Waiter or Restaurant Manager this position requires a high level of professionalism attention to detail and guest-focused service. The Waiter is responsible for accurately taking and fulfilling orders proactively anticipating guest needs and maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness hygiene and food safety. Key responsibilities include preparing dining areas collaborating seamlessly with kitchen and service teams and ensuring consistent high-quality service throughout each shift. This role is essential to the restaurants reputation and guest satisfaction directly contributing to a positive and seamless dining environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training preferred
- Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards hygiene and safety regulations
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and a positive guest-focused attitude
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
Required Skills:
Education: Bachelor on culinary art. Experience: at least 10 Years Expertise in various cooking techniques. Experience in hotels/restaurants often with a culinary degree.
