Job Summary

One of the largest roles of the supervisors job is managing the operations of the business. This includes the day-to-day operations of the business Maintaining the stock for coffee beans and syrups plus the packaging items to monitoring the quality of food and beverages served plus maintaining the sequence of service standards handling guest complain attention to details implementing monthly training plan for the employees and daily follow up on upselling competition and the employees sales report assist and coach the employees to achieve their daily and monthly sales targets. As the Supervisor the role is to ensure the operations of the business are running smoothly and efficiently under the general guidance and supervision of the Operations Manager and within the limits of established Sand Hills policies.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience in supervising and leading kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to plan organize and coordinate daily kitchen operations efficiently.
Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
GCC/Middle East experience is preferred
Preferably available immediately or able to transfer visa
Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel restaurant catering or food service establishment.


Required Skills:

Education: Bachelor on culinary art. Experience: at least 10 Years Expertise in various cooking techniques. Experience in hotels/restaurants often with a culinary degree.
