QHSE Manager
Job Summary
1. Develop implement and continuously improve the organizations QHSE policies procedures and management systems.
2. Ensure compliance with local national and international QHSE regulations standards and industry best practices.
3. Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and safety frameworks across operational sites.
4. Conduct risk assessments hazard identification and safety audits to proactively manage operational risks.
5. Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
6. Establish and monitor key safety quality and environmental performance metrics across the organization.
7. Lead internal and external audits related to quality management safety compliance and environmental standards.
8. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness of QHSE policies and safe work practices.
9. Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to ensure safe and compliant processes are integrated into business operations.
10. Manage emergency response planning and crisis management procedures across operational facilities.
11. Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance inspections and regulatory reporting.
12. Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement initiatives and leadership involvement.
13. Evaluate new projects equipment and operational changes to ensure QHSE compliance.
14. Manage relationships with regulatory authorities certification bodies and external auditors.Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational safety product quality and environmental sustainability.

Clients and stakeholders regarding QHSE requirements and compliance standards
Bachelors degree in occupational health & safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001) or equivalent are preferred
Minimum of 710 years of experience in Quality Health Safety and Environmental management
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001)
Experience in conducting risk assessments incident investigations and compliance audits
Experience in developing QHSE policies procedures and training programs
Strong knowledge of health safety environmental and quality regulations and standards
Risk assessment and incident investigation capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and implement QHSE management systems and improvement initiatives
Excellent communication and training skills to promote safety awareness
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualification & Experience Omani National (mandatory) ACCA Qualified Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting Experience in audit firm or corporate finance function is an advantage 5. Performance Indicators Timely and accurate monthly financial reporting Quality of financial records and reconciliations Compliance with internal controls and policies Timely audit support and closure of audit observations Ability to independently handle assigned finance functions Readiness to take on Finance Manager responsibilities
