- Lead and manage project controls teams on a day-to-day basis ensuring clear priorities delivery focus and accountability
- Drive integration of cost schedule and progress data ensuring alignment and a single version of the truth
- Consolidate complex information into clear concise and decision-ready insights for management
- Ensure all reporting is consistent accurate and aligned across projects and stakeholders
- Establish and enforce structured workflows improving efficiency and eliminating disconnects across teams
- Act as the key interface across disciplines and with the client aligning expectations and outputs
- Identify issues early take ownership and drive resolution across teams
- Operate under pressure to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines
- Improve processes and ways of working in a practical and implementable manner
- Bring together fragmented teams and environments into a cohesive aligned function
- Ability to plan ahead and stay ahead of issues
- Strong information consolidation and synthesis skills
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and ambiguity
- Strong coordination and leadership across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Confidence in driving decisions and pushing for outcomes
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear actionable messages
- Minimum 12 years experience in EPC/EPCm environments with exposure to large capital projects and multi-project portfolio delivery
- Proven experience leading or coordinating project controls cost or planning teams in complex delivery environments
- Strong technical background in cost management and planning with the ability to understand and challenge outputs across disciplines
- Demonstrable experience working across integrated cost schedule and performance reporting frameworks
- Experience managing stakeholders including client-facing interactions within major project environments
- Degree in Engineering Quantity Surveying Project Controls or a related discipline (typically required for visa and compliance purposes)
