Job Summary
One of the Well known companies in oile and gas sectore in Oman looking to hire
Experience: Min 3 year experience in Oil or Gas filed preferably in a Refinery.
Teaching / Training experience: Min 3 years
Language: Fluent in English.
Min. Bachelors degree in chemical Engineering or a related field. |
Previous experience as a Process instructor or trainer. for 3-5 years |
3-5 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance. |
Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery |
Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks |
Excellent communication and facilitation skills. |
Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory |
conducted the classroom and on job training as per the program design and structure. This include conducting assessment and examination |
Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books |
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. |
prepare training plan/schedule training reports etc |
