Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Piping Foremen / Chargehands for a leading project in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising piping installation activities managing site teams and ensuring work is executed according to project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily piping installation and maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret piping drawings isometric drawings and project specifications.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of pipe fitters welders and helpers.
- Ensure work is completed within project schedules and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers supervisors and other site teams.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor material usage and report site progress to management.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping supervision or chargehand roles.
- Ability to read and understand piping drawings and isometrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in industrial construction oil & gas or mechanical projects.
- Gulf experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Required Skills:
