Job Summary
About the role
As Manager Brand Marketing & PR you build and lead our brand marketing and PR establishing the airline in-market driving bookings through digital social and traditional channels and managing our reputation reporting to the Director Commercial. You will lead a small high-productivity team and deliver campaigns whose impact outweighs the budget.
What youll do
- Build and own the brand and its guidelines and lead brand marketing and PR strategy.
- Plan and deliver campaigns across digital social web app and traditional channels to drive demand and bookings.
- Drive social and viral / earned-media campaigns that convert awareness into sales prioritising bookings over vanity metrics like follower counts with impact that outweighs the budget.
- Develop B2B and stakeholder communications for Oil & Gas corporate clients and government partners and demand-stimulation campaigns that open under-served regional cities and small airports.
- Manage PR and reputation own the marketing budget and measure performance (CAC ROAS reach) using data-driven tools.
What youll bring
- Proven brand marketing and PR leadership ideally with a regional operator or in travel / aviation.
- Strong digital and performance-marketing capability and new-age technology-driven data-led decision-making.
- A track record of high-impact social and viral campaigns that convert awareness into sales outcomes that outweigh spend not just follower growth.
- A commercial focus linking marketing spend to demand and bookings.
- Comfortable leading and building a small high-productivity team.
What will set you apart
- Experience marketing to corporate / Oil & Gas clients working with government stakeholders or stimulating demand in new / under-served markets.
- Airline / travel marketing experience and familiarity with new-age martech and AI content tools; GCC market and Arabic-language marketing (a bonus not essential).
- Experience launching a brand from the start-up stage.
