We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HVAC Estimation Engineer Industrial Experience in Oman. Our client is a reputed organization in the Industrial Engineering and HVAC sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates for industrial projects.
- Review tender documents specifications and drawings.
- Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
- Analyze project requirements and material costs.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and pricing.
- Support project planning and budgeting activities.
- HVAC Estimation Preparation of accurate project cost estimates.
- Quantity Take-Off Extraction of quantities from engineering drawings.
- BOQ Preparation Development of detailed bill of quantities.
- Tendering & Bidding Preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- AutoCAD Interpretation Reading and understanding HVAC layouts.
- ERP or estimation software knowledge
- Industrial project exposure in GCC countries
- Value engineering and cost optimization
Industrial HVAC estimation experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience reviewing drawings preparing BOQs and supporting tender submissions for industrial projects. Typical experience range: 38 years (typical).
- Minimum: B.E./ in Mechanical Engineering (typical)
- Preferred: Mechanical Engineering specialization
- Additional: HVAC-related certifications
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
