Job Summary
- The Head Waiter is responsible for supervising the front-of-house service team and ensuring exceptional dining experiences through professional efficient and personalized customer service. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Supervisor the Head Waiter coordinates daily restaurant operations oversees waitstaff performance maintains service standards and ensures smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen. The role requires strong leadership excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest concerns while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant hotel or hospitality establishment with at least 12 years in a supervisory or Head Waiter role.
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Preferably available immediately and currently in Oman.
- High school diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field is preferred.
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurants trading area English is a must.
- Availability on nights weekends and holidays is also usually required if necessary or according to the business needs.
Required Skills:
Education: Bachelor on culinary art. Experience: at least 10 Years Expertise in various cooking techniques. Experience in hotels/restaurants often with a culinary degree.
