Pre-Opening General Manager Muscat Oman
Valor Hospitality has a vacancy for a General Manager to open the Four Point by Sheraton in Al Qurum Muscat.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Hotel General Manager at a 4/5 Star level with strong GCC experience and preferably be an Arabic speaker.
The Role
Reporting to the VP Operations Valor Middle East you will never falter on striving for exceptional quality and standards. Youll have a love for delivering amazing service as well as leading inspiring and engaging your team.
Youll be commercially minded with commercial acumen second to none be innovative and have high expectations of yourself and others. You will have proven experience in building and leading a team while directing Managers and Team Members to achieve excellence. Youll demonstrate your passion by bringing new ideas to the table and encouraging others to do the same. Delivering on your promises to Guest Team and Owner you inspire those around you to deliver and experience A Whole World of Local.
Your previous pre-opening experience as a 4/5 Star Hotel General Manager within an International branded environment secures your candidacy .
