A leading international provider of commercial financing solutions is seeking a Financing Representative to support business growth and customer financing activities in Oman. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams customers financial institutions and internal stakeholders to structure financing solutions assess creditworthiness and support portfolio performance.
Financing & Business Development
Promote financing products and solutions to customers.
Structure and negotiate financing proposals within approved guidelines.
Monitor market trends and competitor financing offerings.
Build strong relationships with sales teams and key business partners.
Collect and analyse financial and credit information.
Support the development and launch of new financing products and services.
Credit Assessment
Evaluate customer creditworthiness and financing applications.
Prepare and present credit recommendations.
Review collateral and security arrangements.
Maintain high-quality credit documentation and compliance standards.
Support continuous improvement of local credit policies and procedures.
Financing Administration
Ensure financing agreements and supporting documentation are accurate and complete.
Coordinate documentation required for contract activation and asset delivery.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain operational quality and compliance standards.
Portfolio & Risk Management
Monitor customer payment performance.
Support collection activities and risk mitigation efforts.
Assist with recovery processes and guarantee follow-ups where required.
Liaise with legal and external stakeholders on portfolio-related matters.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare financing sales reports and performance statistics.
Support monthly business reporting requirements.
Contribute to projects focused on product enhancement and operational improvement.
Requirements
25 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Commercial finance
Asset finance or leasing
Banking
Credit analysis
Financial services
Business development
Experience assessing financial information and customer risk profiles.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Financial analysis and credit evaluation.
Negotiation and commercial acumen.
