Drilling Material Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate offshore material logistics activities including material manifests bunkering requirements backload operations and equipment movements.
• Liaise with offshore teams shore base logistics marine helicopter and materials coordinators to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow.
• Maintain accurate tracking documentation and reconciliation of material movements inventory records and offshore stock levels.
• Manage Dangerous Goods handling cargo documentation and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate material receiving returns and verification processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Support offshore lifting cargo handling activities and maintain proper records for audit and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience with at least 3 years in a Drilling Material Coordinator role.
• Valid OPITO BOSIET certification.
• Good command of English communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across offshore and onshore teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar computer applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
