Job Summary

Onshore wind farm construction including roads access tracks crane pads WTG foundations and hardstands.

Wind turbine component logistics heavy transport unloading storage and lifting coordination.

WTG erection activities including main crane coordination mechanical completion and pre-commissioning support.

MV collection systems inter-array cabling fibre optics earthing and substation interfaces.

Strong understanding of wind-related construction constraints lifting windows and weather-dependent execution planning.

Experience coordinating WTG OEM activities and Balance of Plant contractors



Requirements

Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering Construction Management or a relevant technical discipline.

Strong technical background in construction electrical infrastructure renewable energy or power generation.

Minimum 1015 years of professional experience in construction energy infrastructure power generation or large-scale industrial projects.

Minimum 57 years of direct site experience in renewable energy projects.

Proven experience supervising site works for utility-scale renewable energy projects preferably above 200 MW

Strong experience managing EPC Contractors and multiple subcontractors in live construction environments.

Experience in remote desert harsh-climate or logistically complex project sites is highly desirable.
