Copywriting
Write clear Arabic and English captions short scripts headlines WhatsApp messages email copy and website snippets.
Simplify technical real estate information into attractive and client-friendly messages.
Video & Social Content
Plan shoot and edit short-form videos reels stories behind-the-scenes clips and project updates.
Coordinate filming with sales projects management influencers and external videographers.
Community & Trends
Monitor platform trends competitor content audience comments and engagement patterns.
Suggest creative ideas that increase reach engagement inquiries and brand relevance.
Content Quality
Ensure accuracy of project information prices locations CTAs and campaign messages before publishing.
Maintain organized content libraries scripts footage captions and approvals.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing Media Journalism Communications or related field.
Experience
- 3 years of content creation experience; real estate lifestyle hospitality or agency experience preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Arabic/English writing reels creation mobile filming CapCut/Premiere basics social media platforms content calendars.
