To provide high-level commercial and legal advisory services to the firm and its clients support business growth and expansion initiatives manage contractual and commercial risks and contribute to the development of strategic legal solutions that protect and advance clients business interests.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in commercial legal practice.
• At least 6 years of experience with recognized law firms legal consultancy firms or professional services organizations.
• Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and spoken.

• Advise on corporate structures and business expansion.
• Support investment projects and strategic partnerships.
