Job Summary

WHAT YOULL DO 

As the Total Rewards Partner you will partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards (TR) by executing compensation and benefits processes ensuring global alignment and supporting leaders with insights data and expert guidance. You secure consistent compliant and competitive reward practices while collaborating across HR Finance and global TR teams. 

Your main responsibilities are : 

  • You act as a reward partner for the sales market ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and sales market operational relevance  
  • You lead the execution of rewards programs at sales market level covering compensation benefits mobility and other specialist areas of global total rewards  
  • You support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles across the sales market  
  • You oversee the annual rewards processes (salary review incentive planning budgeting market benchmarking) for the sales market  
  • You drive consistency and compliance with global policies ensuring all local practices follow both global frameworks and legal requirements  
  • You collaborate with Finance and HR functions to facilitate effective cost planning and accurate compensation data management in global HR systems  
  • You provide expert advice and training to HR teams and senior leaders on complex compensation and benefits topics  
  • You analyse internal and external market data to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices at the sales market. You contribute to the continuous improvement of global rewards processes tools and data quality

You will join a newly established HR team of passionate HR professionals combining both generalist and specialist competencies in one integrated HR team. Reporting to the People Manager for H&M Sales Market you will have a unique opportunity to take part in building and shaping our future ways of working from day one.

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with 

  • University degree in Human Resources Finance Business or related field or equivalent work experience  
  • Strong analytical advisory and project management skills Excellent communication and influencing skills  
  • Experience with compensation structures pay grading and utilizing salary benchmarking platforms to maintain a competitive Employer Value Proposition 
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits  
  • Proven experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
