Our new Strategic Positioning & Intelligence Manager will help strengthen Hydros position among key stakeholders by turning data and insights into compelling communication and concrete this role you will be responsible for strengthening Hydros strategic communication intelligence capability drive AI-enabled insight generation and support strategic positioning by turning data into actions. This is a role for a strong communicator and storyteller who is excited by data. You will work across the full positioning processfrom identifying relevant insights to developing narratives content and communication activities that create impact.

You will work on some of the most important questions facing a global industrial company including sustainability competitiveness energy transition industrialpolicyand stakeholder trust.
What you will be doing
- Contribute to Hydros branding and positioning by developing compelling narratives delivering events producing high-quality content and communication materials supporting executive visibility etc.
- Develop methodologies frameworks and processes for stakeholder intelligence and strategic positioning analysis
- Collect combine and analyze information from multiple sources. Turn external signals into recommendations for leadership and measures for positioning
- Test and optimize tools to ensure our intelligence engine is operating at maximum efficiency and accuracy. This includes testing and integrating AI-enabled tools for data collection and sentiment analysis
- Maintain a pulse on emerging comms-tech trends. Proactively share findings and propose innovative methodologies to evolve how we use data and insights to position at a global level
What will make you successful
We believe successful candidateshave some experience from working witheithercommunication stakeholdermanagementor public affairs. Howeveryoumay come from a variety ofotherbackgrounds including research analytics politicalscienceoreconomics.
You combine analyticalrigorwith sound judgement andcanturnlarge amountsof information into practical recommendations that you and others can act are curious eager to explore the opportunities in AI andnew technologiesand like to succeed in a role can be adapted to bothmore juniorandmore senior candidates.
Experience and qualifications
- University degree in communications political science economics international relations business data analytics social sciences or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience from communication stakeholder management or public affairs
Personal attributes
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Demonstrated interest and experience in AI and emerging technologies
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise recommendations
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
