About the position

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Station Support Coordinator (SSC) to join our Passenger Services team.
In this role you will support daily operations by collaborating closely with colleagues across the station and the Station Support Center. You will monitor passenger and flight activities assist in managing disruptions and coordinate effective solutions for passenger and operational teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations facilitating information sharing supporting colleagues and contributing to process improvements.
This is a shift-based position reporting to the Team Manager with operational guidance from the Duty Station Manager.

Responsability and main tasks
  • Provide professional support to leaders and employees ensuring coordinated delivery within the assigned area.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of SGHs products customer agreements and SK and OAL guidelines.
  • Contribute to communication and collaboration with Station Support and Passenger Recovery Centers.
  • Coordinate an liaisa with OAL during irregularities.
  • Organize and execute effective IRR processes.
  • Monitor traffic and passenger situations plan proactively and implement measures to reduce irregularities.
  • Support competence development internally and across areas including assisting process and procedure optimization.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams partners airport authorities and subcontractors.
  • Follow up on operational deviations report equipment issues and ensure procedural compliance.
To be successful we believe you have
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in station operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAS Ground Handlings products and delivery services.
  • Solution-oriented approach with outstanding coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure demonstrate decisiveness and maintain a comprehensive situational awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English written and verbal.
