Service Engineer

Assembly of Medical products based on work instructions/procedures using specified tools

measuring instruments jigs & fixtures.

Perform repair/ service of product and boards by analysing the failure using electrical

schematics and technical knowledge both at factory and at customer place.

Product testing troubleshooting calibration and using test equipment for

measuring/analysing electrical/physical parameters.

Follow processes & documentation within QMS /regulatory framework.

Independently perform software installations/upgrades/debugging/demo etc

Travelling out of station at short notice to Customer locations and interfacing with Customers

to address their queries /fix product related issues/product installation/product

maintenance.

Provide online & telephonic support to Customers on any software /application/Product

related queries.

Qualificaiton : Diploma BE / BTech Biomedical / Electroncis
