About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Projects Manager to join the Strategy Execution & Business Transformation team of Yara Europe. The role will be in charge of shaping and delivering strategic business transformation initiatives combining strong business understanding with technology enabled solutions.

The role will take ownership of complex cross functional initiatives focused on AI automation digitalisation and operational improvement working closely with senior business stakeholders technical teams and external partners.

This is a senior execution focused role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and implementation. You will be expected to structure ambiguous business challenges identify opportunities build the case for change and drive initiatives through implementation and value realisation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic and operational transformation projects
  • Support AI automation and digital initiatives across Europe
  • Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop business cases and implementation plans
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple functions
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical specialists and external partners
  • Monitor project progress risks and value delivery
  • Prepare executive presentations and recommendations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Profile

  • Masters degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Technology or a related field
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in management business or technology consulting
  • Documented experience delivering business transformation digital transformation and/or significant process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and drive delivery across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
  • Strong experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders in complex cross functional environments
  • Solid exposure to and practical knowledge of AI automation and emerging technologies including their application to business transformation and operational improvement
  • Ability to take ownership from problem definition and business case development through implementation and value realisation
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and translating strategic priorities into executable initiatives

Location: the role is based in Oslo Norway.
