Could you be the full-time Senior Project Planner in Norway were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your time management and project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
Youll ensure the execution of the customer project schedule contributing significantly to our on-time delivery performance. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers Engineering Team Installation Team Quality Safety) organize project schedule sessions and much more.
Youll specifically take care of monitoring project progress through updates leading performance follow-ups with proper KPIs but also capturing any external events that could impact timelines and providing forecasting and lookahead planning to meet the needs of your stakeholders.
Well look to you for:
Developing and maintaining accurate project schedules
Efficiently managing planning deliverables
Ensuring team members understand their schedule deliverables
Building relationships and working with our external customers
Applying resource management across complex projects
Implementing the Alstom Project Scheduling Processes
Contributing to the return of experience (REX) and improvement initiatives
Developing and sharing best practices and ideas
Providing schedule information into the Alstom regional business

Engineering or Technical degree (or equivalent)
Senior planning management experience with an industrial background
Railway or railway signalling experience is an asset
Ability to work at both high-level and detailed levels of schedule data
Experience in Primavera P6
Effective communication skills with internal teams and external customers
Ability to work in a multicultural project environment and manage multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders
